Inspired by the Greek concept of philokalia, meaning the love of beauty, Philocalist brings together artists whose work is shaped by care, curiosity and close attention to the world around them.

The exhibition explores beauty in both the extraordinary and the everyday, inviting visitors to slow down, look more closely and appreciate different perspectives through contemporary art.

The exhibition features works by Nick Rutten, Tom Orrin, Eira Chidgey, Rachel Strickland, Kate Pittas, Julianne Brandt and Patricia Rose, presented at Wonderground Gallery and Cellar Door in Seppeltsfield.
