The British & Irish Lions Tour 2025 – Adelaide

For the first time in nearly 140 years, the British & Irish Lions will play in Adelaide, facing a combined Australia–New Zealand Invitational XV. This historic match marks only the second occasion since 1989 that Australian and New Zealand players have united on the rugby field. 

The AUNZ Invitational XV will be coached by incoming Wallabies head coach Les Kiss, with former All Blacks coach Ian Foster as assistant. This fixture serves as the final tour game before the Lions commence their three-Test series against the Wallabies.
